I used Giggster to book a small space for my shoot, it made my life a lot easier. I didn’t want to waste time digging through a bunch of random listings, so the filters were really helpful for narrowing things down fast. I also liked being able to see the price and details clearly before I booked, because I’m not trying to deal with surprises later.
Messaging the host was easy too, and I got a reply faster than I expected, which was a relief since I like having things locked in quickly. For my booking, there weren’t any confusing steps or hidden issues, and everything felt straightforward. I’d definitely use it again the next time I need a space...

I booked without really knowing what to expect, and the whole process was easy enough. Everything looked clear when I was checking out, and after going through the final total a couple times, I was glad there weren’t any random extra charges tacked on. The prices felt fair to me.

I tried messaging support a couple times and it was mostly just waiting around with not much back from them. When they finally did reply, it was kind of already past the point where it helped me. So yeah, frustrating and not great feeling.

The place was super clean and looked exactly like the photos lol. It worked great for our shoot, no issues at all. Def a nice venue!

Booked a spot and the host hit me back fast, which was nice. There was a tiny lag getting some of the details sorted, but overall the communication was solid, no biggie.
